Outbreak: The game

Hey everyone I made VR game on the oculus. The team has been working on the project on and off but we are now finally at the stage where we can showcase our work. The project was a very good learning experience for me and has been made with a small team. The game is produced by Maanas Games. The team has pulled through many challenges while going in the unknown of VR yet despite those challenges we have pushed through it all and made a game of our own. It's a small step in the right direction.

The plot

Humans created AI with the intentions of reducing their work and increase productivity in humans by shifting their interest to new innovations and technologies, the plan was a success but humans were also warned about the AI’s adaptability to new surroundings and conditions. Years after the AI revolution they became smarter and gained consciousness,  the AI adapted the human behaviour and became evil as there was more evil in the world, the world was a living hell and all they could learn is to hate, fight and become superior to every other race. Their main motive now is elimination of the entire human race. We serve as a military person and at times we are assigned tasks to find human survivors in the AI dominated areas. At present we are being transferred to a different area and have been allocated a new base, during the transit our helicopter is attacked and none of our teammates survive the crash, we are the only one left stranded in a world full of deadly machines. Our mission is to reach the nearest rescue zone which is being operated by the military as that's the safest place to be.
